Q.  I Would like you to  make me a piece of jewellery with the flower beads from your website ?

I  am sorry but I don’t make jewellery on commission. If i’m inspired sometimes I will make a piece of jewellery and offer it for sale. I know a number of very talented jewellery designers and if you contact me with your requirements and details I can certainly pass your details on to them.

Q. What size are the holes in your beads ?

I pierce and bake my beads using pins that are 0.75mm please bear this in mind when using headpins as pins that are too large may damage the bead. The Statement roses are drilled with a 2mm dremel as they are so much larger than my other beads.

Q.  Will you tell me how to make flower beads like yours?

• I’m sorry but  no. I make my living by selling the beads that I make. I also will not copy anyone else’s work. This is against everything I believe in, having had my work copied has taught me that it is not a form of flattery. The intellectual property of the original designer should not be compromised.

Q.  What do your beads cost in my currency ?

• This would depend upon the rate of exchange on the day of purchase. All beads and toggles are priced in G.B.P. You can use this information to determine the cost in the currency of your choice, there are a variety of currency converters on the internet for you to work these prices out.

Q.  Do you offer discounts on bulk buys or a wholesale price?

• Honestly no, my beads take a considerable amount of time to make and each one is created by hand. I try to price them as competitively as I can possibly afford to, so whether you buy 1 bead or 20 the price displayed on the website is the price you will pay.

Q.  I saw some beads on your website that I would like to buy this time but they don’t show as being in stock how can I buy them?

• If the beads you have seen are not showing as in stock then they will be on my ‘to make list’ depending on how long ago you saw them. If you would like to know when they will be available you can contact me through the contact form to find out. Or ask to commission the quantity of beads you require.

Q. The flower bead I would like is not on your site, would you make them for me?

• If you contact me through the contact form letting me know which flower it is, I can let you know whether or not I have made this flower before, if I will be able to make the flower,  how much and how long it will take.

Q.  Why are the shipping costs to my country so high? 

• I ship all overseas orders via royal mail international signed for. This is not a budget postal service it is tracked and reduces the risk of your order being mislaid in transit. It does cost more than normal airmail so I would recommend you buying all the beads you require in one order rather than lots of little orders.

Q. I have used your flower beads on a piece of jewellery I have made do I have to credit you as the bead maker ?

• It would be lovely if you did mention my name, but it is entirely up to you whether or not you credit my work. When I sell my beads to you I know they will be used in the making of jewellery. It is always nice to see my beads in your designs, so whether you mention my name or not, your custom is always appreciated.
